Our history
We are a gaucho family rooted in the Andes — raising animals, living by the seasons, and honoring traditions passed down through generations. For over 16 years, we’ve called the Cordón del Plata our home.
Our mission? To share a real piece of this life with you: the silence of the mountains, the bond with our horses, the fire-cooked meals — and the deep connection that comes from stepping off the beaten path.

Sunset Ride: Horseback & panoramic views

2-Day Gaucho Ride in the Andes

Live the full gaucho experience: two days on horseback, camping in the wild, sharing stories by the fire, and reaching viewpoints near 4,000 meters. A true adventure deep in the Andes.
Hiking & Mountain Asado
Full day – Low to medium physical demand
A 3-hour guided hike into the heart of the Andes, surrounded by untouched nature. After the adventure, enjoy a traditional barbecue with wine, homemade appetizers, and the calm of the mountains.
Hiking to Cerro Mailhos
Full day – Medium physical demand
A medium-altitude hike reaching 2,950 masl. The trail challenges your body, but rewards you with panoramic views of the entire Cordón del Plata range — a summit worth the climb.
