Ride into the wild — a couple of days of mountain paths, campfires, and star-filled skies.
This is our most in-depth excursion. Along two days’ riding, deep inside the Andes, we cover isolated valleys, creeks, and ridge lines with breathtaking scenery at nearly 4,000 meters.
During the night, we camp under the stars, enjoy a meal cooked over the fire, and sleep in tents under the silence of the Cordón del Plata mountains.
It is rugged, beautiful, and genuine — a profound connection to the earth, the mountains, and the gaucho lifestyle.

What is special about the 2-day Andes Adventure?
It’s not just a ride — it’s a journey to the untamed soul of the Andes. For two days, you will ride along secluded paths across valleys, springs, and crests that are almost at 4,000 meters above sea level.
The adventure starts with our homemade sopaipillas, then we mount up and ride across the untouched scenery, coming face to face with native animals and vegetation, and exchanging tales along the way.
We arrive at our camp at 3,000 meters, where the night sky is dominated by the stars. We have dinner around the campfire, drink local wine, and spend the night in tents surrounded by the quietness of the Cordón del Plata.
Each meal is made in-house — from the grill-fired asado to local appetizers — using the same loving care that we have provided to travelers for more than 16 years.
A raw, visceral, and truly human experience — the sort that gathers dust on the soles of your boots but peace in the center of your chest.
“Everything was excellent. We ate very well and were very pleased with your service. The ride was extremely pleasant and peaceful with a spectacular view in the light of the full moon and starry sky. A highly recommended experience from start to finish.”

Do I need to have riding experience?
You don’t need previous horseback riding experience — but you do need to feel confident around horses and comfortable on rugged terrain.
Our horses are calm, well-trained, and used to the mountains. That said, this ride is more challenging than our other experiences: on the second day, we cross steep slopes, narrow ridgelines, and loose surfaces at high altitude.
If you suffer from vertigo, or if you feel nervous on a horse, we recommend starting with a shorter ride first.
The pace is relaxed, and you’ll be accompanied at all times by a member of our family, experienced in both riding and guiding.
How do I book?
You can book directly through the “Book Your 2-Day Ride” button on this page — it’s fast, secure, and confirms your spot right away.
That said, since this is a more demanding experience, we encourage you to message us on WhatsApp first. We’ll help you with any questions, gear advice, and make sure it’s the right fit for you.
What does it not include?
-
Sleeping bag and insulating mat: You can bring your own. If needed, we offer rentals when available — or we’ll help you find one.
- Pick-up beyond 15 km from Mendoza city.
-
Personal items: clothing, sunscreen, toiletries, etc.
-
Any service not explicitly mentioned in the itinerary or description.
Do you offer vegetarian or alternative menus?
Yes — we’re happy to adapt the menu for vegetarians or other dietary needs. Just let us know when you book, and we’ll prepare something special for you.
What is the local weather like?
The Andes climate is much cooler and more unpredictable than in Mendoza city. Even during summer, it can feel cold at high altitude — especially in the evening, at night, and early in the morning.
This experience runs from October to May (we avoid the colder winter months), but temperatures at camp can still drop below freezing at night. Be prepared for strong winds and chilly mornings — layered clothing is essential.
We recommend bringing warm gear and a proper sleeping bag, as you’ll be spending the night outdoors at over 3,000 meters. It’s better to have extra clothing than to miss part of the experience because of the cold.
